I'm combining 2 challenges here.
The first is Lasting memories where they want us out of our comfort zone with pattern.
In my case is this brown flocked velvet very busy paper. I'd shoved to the bottom of the pile never to see the light of day, but paired with the lime green cardstock, it works!
The other challenge is Challenge Yourself where it is celebrate the good times.
While we were on holidays, we went to a wine tasting lunch which was delicious. The wines are actually made on Norfolk Island, so were very special. We toasted ourselves by saying "cheers".
When gluing that title on I put one "E" slightly crooked on purpose, hinting at us being tipsy! (In truth we only tasted a few sips). The larger bird wood veneer is from this month's kit and so is the green cardstock.
It's a horrible photo of both of us but it's the only ones I have.

Julene, the photos aren't horrible - I love them! And everything about your fun and fabulous layout. I am glad that you took the busy paper off the bottom of your pile and used it. You are right, it really works the green paper. What a beautiful and clever design. (The e slightly skewed is a FAB touch!!) Thank you so much for joining us at Challenge YOUrself this month!
