At Double trouble they want a die cut plus ribbon.
I've used a bird die cut that came from Kaisercraft plus tartan ribbon and washi tape.
I'm also uploading to Use your stuff which qualifies me for all the double trouble criteria.

I've made a card for As you like it challenge.
It is anything goes so I made a summer card for a friend whose birthday is in January.
I used 2 strips of washi tape down the left hand side then vellum and a lovely seashell picture in the centre. I added 3 orange enamel dots as a final embellishment.
At Cardz4Guys they want gnomes or elves. I added 2 elves on this card.
The background was done by painting white through a doiley and the Christmas gifts are felt.
This morning I've been playing around with leftover bits and made this tag for Daring cardmakers.
The base was an offcut of another card. The flower was one made recently. The silver baubles were punched from small pieces of silver card I had. The black ribbon came off a previously received Christmas card. The bling is getting old and losing it's stick so decided to use it all up.
Unfortunately, the bauble on the right creased when I was adhering it to the tag.I've made a second page for my previous giraffe layout."Big Love."
The second one used a sketch at Sketches in Thyme.
I used the same paper and washi tape (finished that roll now-hooray!). I had 2 photos one portrait one landscape, but I think it works. One of my bucket list items was to feed a giraffe which I finally did recently at Mogo Zoo.
For my title I smoothed red mist with a roller over the stencil which says "Turn your dream into a reality".I used all warm colours on this. For embellishments I used brads and enamel dots plus a toothpick star.
Here's the 2 combined together
I found this sketch at Stick it down.
Using some colourful papers I had, plus some gold bling pearls I made this card. I have used gold cardstock, so it is extra special.
My 3rd guest designer layout for Lasting Memories has to use layers, brads, buttons and bling.
I've already used this for another challenge but here it is.
I layered the ribbon and washi tape over the 2 papers. Then I put my title over the top. (4 layers). On the circles I used flowers and brads then wood veneer birds. The bling is down the left-hand side of the photo. 2 blue buttons sewn on the right.
I decided to scrap a photo from 1997.
My sister was presented with an award for minding children with Family Day Care for 25 years (Service to the community). She was nervous, so Mum and I went along as her cheer squad.
I used lace and string (twine) plus a paper doiley and 2 brads. I found this design on Pinterest.
At White with One we have a choice of colours to include on our layout. I chose gold.
I started with a torn neutral paper with gold pattern on it. Next I mounted my photo and journal card on gold cardboard. I added another gold strip cut from a Christmas card (recycled).
I then added some gold pearls and a Kaisercraft curio. Because it is more 3D than the rest it was hard to photograph. My title is part of a quote.
I've done this layout this morning for 2 different challenges.
The first is a colour challenge at Soul Scrappers.
The challenge at The Male room is Christmas.
I've made a general-purpose green card with holly branches. It could work for a man or a woman.
At the scrap room group I used 4 photos from my Mogo Zoo visit on this layout.
F=four photos R= ribbon O=orange washi S=staples,scallops T=tall,ticket,tab Y=yellow
At Lasting Memories, where I'm guest designer this month the next challenge is to use the letters in Campers to construct a layout.
Here's my layout
C= Canada, chipboard
A= arrows, alphas
M= map paper, monument valley
P=panoramic view
E= enamel dots, enjoy
R= red tickets
S= small words.
It took some thinking, but I got there. Hopefully you can join in the fun.
I've gone across the top line. The Christmas words are on the journal tag.
Also the Freaky Fast formula at The Scraproom group is this
I've combined the two
It was designed by Susan Stringfellow exclusively for Basic Grey and can be found on www.sketchsavvy.blogspot.com
I found it on Pinterest.
I made a tall card using 2 different pattern papers.
I started with navy blue paper then used 2 TLC star stickers. The gold braid bow matches the ribbon wound around the Christmas tree and the sentiment matches that on the shelf saying Merry Christmas. That's 4 items.
I'm the Guest Designer at Lasting memories this month.
The first challenge there is "A walk in the park". It must include outdoor photos.
I used some photos from a park I visited in Queanbeyan.
There were big green concrete frogs climbing on bars. I called my page "Hop on".
We hope you will join in the fun there this month!
My internet has been down most of today after last night's storm. So, I've been making cards.
This first one is for Moving along with the times
I've used stripes, texture (wood veneer) and supportive sentiment.
While making cards I created another one for Farm quest
I was pleased to see I reached top 3 last week with my turkey layout.
This theme is sources of light, so I immediately thought Christmas candles.
I used fussy cut pointsettias on this, plus chipboard fence posts that I turned into candles by shaping the tops then inking them with gold. I also added 3 gold stars at the base of the candles.
I made this rather innovative card using musical notes paper as my background, then found a picture of a couple sitting at the piano. The sentiment card on the left-hand side was perfect with this. There is a heart in the letter O.
I've made this layout for Challenge YOUrself
As my photo mat I layered 3 different papers to make a varied background. I also used similar papers to cut out my circles. After adhering those in place I used ribbon with a scalloped edge under my photo plus a row of washi tape. I found my title which I layered over the organdie ribbon.
To each of the circles I added a green flower and brad plus a wood veneer bluebird of happiness. I added my subtitle (Forever friends) with a wood veneer arrow. I also added some green triangle enamel dots along the arrow and down the left-hand side of the photo. Lastly, I sewed 2 buttons.
The paler green border goes around the bottom too, the scanner cut it off.
That's me in the middle.
I've now done a 2nd layout for the steampunk photos.
This one wasn't for a challenge but I managed to get my journalling on the tag plus use 3 more photos.
Here's the combination of the 2 layouts.
I'm happy with how they match up.
***************************************************************************
At Christmas card throwdown they want a winter scene.
I've made 2 layouts today.
My first is for Farmquest and needs to feature a turkey.
It has a cooked turkey bottom left behind the little boy with the carving knife. I used mists on this in 2 different colours, plus diecut shapes of saucepans that I misted around. My photos are dark as my old kitchen didn't have much light that day.
Second layout used a sketch from Paper Issues
I started with a white background that had an embossed compass in the corner. I rubbed red mist over that to give a shaded background. Next, I arranged my papers and doiley (the 6 1/2 inch circle).
My photo is for my Covid album and features me wearing the mask my daughter made me.
Challenge #2 at Counterfeit Kit is te document something you have been anticipating or looking forward to.
It might be Christmas, or a special gift or a visit etc.
For me, I'm not ready for Christmas yet,so I chose a recent trip I made to a zoo that is 5 hours drive south of Sydney.
My daughter had visited a couple of years ago and told me how good it was.
I paid extra to do a private feeding of Tamarins. The zoo takes your photos and gives you a large size one.
After waiting all that time to go there it was a special treat for me.
I used die cut small doileys plus a hand cut circle. I matted the photo in red to match my top. I've also used washi tape under the photo and 3 black hearts. The journal card is one of the cut aparts in my kit and so is the diagonal striped one.
Another Christmas card. This one is for moving along with the times.
We are asked to include a Christmas animal. The reindeer on here and the stars are die cuts. I used a kit to make this and the background sheet was already printed with the sentiment. I've used red cardstock to provide a good contrast.
At Cut it up they want layers plus a die cut.
I've used a TLC hot fudge Christmas set of die cuts on my card.
Starting with the red background then the black then the Santas lap die cut there are 3 layers but I also used 3 green circle die cuts and some braid along the base.
