At my time to craft they want fruit.
I used a multi coloured striped Kraft as my background and 3 die cuts. One says "Good on you" and the others are an apple and a pear.

At shopping our stash they want gnomes. Luckily I had a couple hiding in my stash. (He He)
At Time out challenges they ask for tropical
I used a background which reminds me of the sea then strips of fishing net paper plus 3 small stickers and a tag with a palm tree motif.
I'm making cards now to use up smaller scraps and some of my cardstock.
This one is for Through the craftroom door where anything goes.
We have been asked to use frames in an unusual way on this layout for Lasting Memories.
(I'm playing catch up now I have finished my Counterfeit kit.)
I had some offcuts from filmstrip frames that I didn't want to waste. I've used them as embellishments on here. After cutting out all those circles,I thought a different shape was needed.
I've also used filmstrip washi tape to echo the small frames.
At Lasting Memories they want us to use a seasonal paper on a normal layout.
On this one I had a Christmas paper and used it for documenting my trip to Grose Mountain near Vancouver. The pine needles were very appropriate on here as we were surrounded by pine forests.
I punched maple leaves across the bottom because it was in Canada.
I've made a Christmas card using non Christmas colours and a wood veneer deer I had.
I've used a layering of papers featuring the colours on the palette. I guess it is under the area of Clean and Layered.
I've made a few cards to use up my June Counterfeit Kit.
There's something fishy at Li'l red wagon.
I recently bought some of those bamboo sticks that you put in the bathroom. The box had a blue marble pattern. I kept the box because it would look good on a card and the time has come.
It wasn't quite wide enough for my card so I put a gold corrugated strip down the side.
I then found 2 chipboard fish that I painted using metallic paint in sweet pea colour.
I drew some bubbles for a final touch. No sentiment yet.I might leave it plain.
This layout is for Sketch 'n'scrap .
I added a piece of silver card to make it more space like but then decided to go with the colours in the paper so orange, lime and yellow.
I had some puffy stickers arrows so used those plus punched flowers as my embellishments.
The best part of the lot was using some old alphas including the Basic Grey large T which matched the papers.
This layout isn't for a challenge but I wanted to scrap these 3 photos from my country town drive. I have used all Counterfeit Kit items and so pleased to use that fox card.
Millthorpe is a heritage listed town from as early as the 1830's. Many of the buildings were built in the 1800's. People go there for weekends away to explore the old buildings and area around about.
As I drove around I snapped these photos to help me remember the place. The flocked paper on the left hand side goes with the vintage feel.
For this challenge they asked for an off the page item.
I started with a tin that contained biscuits originally.
I covered it with patterned paper from my kit.
Then I added a large crochet flower and 2 lots of bling. There is also off-cuts of lace and 2 leaves I fussy cut from patterned paper. Around the sides I used more ribbon lace with co-ordinating pink ribbon.
I've done 2 more layouts this morning. The first is for the throwback sketch at the scraproom group.
Next was a layout using letters from GREAT.
Mine were G=green R= Ruby Rock-it paper E=evenly spaced photos A=American crafts paper T=town
It's been a busy few days, but today I have some time to scrap.
I decided to do this sketch for Sketches in Thyme.
I have used mostly pinks on this from my kit, including the argyle socks paper.
It was fun putting it all together and carefully measuring the angles. I managed to use some other paper scraps I had here. My photos are bigger so I only fitted 3 on my page, but I'm happy with that.
I put my title at the top as the brown would get lost on that paper and I added a tag I stamped and dipped in walnut ink.
If you read this post you will see I'm a winner at Sketches in Thyme from last month. Sketches In Thyme: May 2022 Winner - Julene Matthews & Top Three Picks
I've made this pocket gift card for As you like it challenges.
AS a librarian my mind instantly goes to library pockets. LOL
Using cardstock I made a library pocket ,which is big enough to pop some money inside. I'm giving it to a nephew who is going away for a holiday and this will be some spending money for him.
I stuck to beachy /neutral/male themed colours.
Then at Li'l red wagon they want us to use lace.
I found a pink paint chip and threaded pink ribbon through eyelet lace on this card.
I had 3 baby buttons that I sewed on then added my sentiment.
Scrap the girls wants us to feature sport.
One of my favourite ways to exercise is swimming. I looked back and found these photos of me swimming down a river to where it meets the ocean. It is near my cousin's place.Minnamurra is on NSW south coast and provides many hours of summer fun for our family.
I found a scrap of sea themed paper with a ship's wheel (partly) to echo the circle and used a circle for my journalling. I used both photos on here. My background paper is just a dark blue to offset the photos and the chipboard circle frame which I left neutral or raw.
My next layout is for White with One.
The colour chosen is orange.
I put some offcuts in my kit and was able to use most of them on here down the right hand side and on the banner at the bottom. I also punched 3 flowers which I then stamped a black star on as extra embellishment.
I used embroidery cotton to backstitch along top, bottom and on the smaller picture.
I covered the J in Junee with orange paper as well. The other alphas are from an old Kaisercraft set.
I just noticed the houndstooth paper on the J matches one of the fabrics in the stimulus picture so I guess you can say those fabrics inspired me.
I've decided to use it for my first layout using my kit.
Everything on here is from my kit. I liked the rail ticket journal tag, thought it was appropriate.
The d and y in Gundy (Gundagai) are slightly downhill, but stuck fast to the photo,so there they will stay.
June Counterfeit Kit
The kit that Kate chose is called NOVEMBERKIT 2021 from DaniPeuss.de and I love that it is full of various shades of pinks, oranges and neutrals.
