Lollipop Ladies Mason jar card

This fortnight's theme is smarties
with the added criteria of punches or diecuts.
I only own 1 punch as I have difficulty with my hands.

I rather like the latest trend of mason jars in scrapbooking, so I decided to make one use using vellum and sewing. I chose spotted paper and commercially punched 21 numbers.
I drew the jar on vellum then stitched it to the paper using backstitch.
Before I sewed the lid I poured the "21" numbers into the cavity, then stitched them inside.

I'm also entering this in USE YOUR STUFF this week where the challenge is to use stitching.

Great card. Fab idea.
Not sure if you have seen/tried but Carl make a thing called a punch mate which makes using punches easier. My Mum had one when she couldn't use her hands properly. Just a thought.
