I love spring and the gorgeous flowers however summer and therefore Christmas is my favourite.
Here in Australia the colours look brighter and Aussie Christmas means seafood, swimming, cooking special treats etc.
My card reflects the special treats idea. There are gingerbread cookies plus lollies on there.
The central card is shiny red not black as it may appear.
At International art and soul challenge, they want layering.
This was a new find for me, but I'm adding it to my card challenge list.
I've made a Christmas card, but in non-traditional colours.
Makes me hungry looking at it! There are 4 layers.

Combining summer and Christmas sounds ideal. I had a hard choice deciding between the two being in the UK but decided on Summer in the end. Lovely creations but can you now send some of your summer sun my way because we're about to lose it as we head into Autumn and Winter!
