After a heading like that you all expected to see running shoes right?
No,this is a statue of Nike or The winged statue of Samothrace that we saw at the Louvre,in fact you can't miss it!
Colour me scrappy called for grid pattern and a black and white photo & using this colour palette.
I didn't have any B&W pictures so went with this fairly neutral idea.
(Thanks Mary for the statue inspiration)
The coloured squares are from Imaginisce "Apple cider" range.
The chipboard arrows are from Memory Maze. I've inked them with pinecone.
I also conveyed movement with a chevron mask behind the title.
My background paper from Kaiser and the journaling block are both gridded too.
There was an overwhelming urge to put something on this page crooked but I resisted.

I laughed at your "crooked" comment as I often have to fight the same urge. Nevertheless, you did a fabulous job with this layout! A splendid grid! And I love that color scheme.
Cute use of arrows and the mask for movement! Love the extra grid paper, too! Thanks for playing with CMS!
Awesome photos taken at the Louvre!!!! My husband and I went to Paris a couple of years ago and it was the trip of a lifetime!!!! Your layout is fabulous - I love how you used the neutral pics even though you didn't have b&w ones! Thank you so much for playing along with us at Color Me Scrappy!
