Here's the palette and here's my layout
Firstly, there is more swirl under the picture my scanner cut it off.
I painted Memory Maze chipboard dark blue and cut it into 3 sections as per the sketch
I used Tattered Angels mist with a Prima mask.(It left the outline :() also misted the tag with twine attached. There is a resin square button backed with matching blue paper and sewn on the layout.
The flowers and lampost are from Little Birdie.
I've used strips of Kaiser Madame boutique and grosgrain ribbon behind the woodgrain photo mat.
Overall I'm not happy with this layout, but as it is done I'm using it.

Great page! Colours are exactly the same as in a palette - incredible!
