Sketches with a twist and washi tape

Here is the sketch
and here's my interpretation
For those at home wondering what the 3 sisters is,it is a famous rock formation at Katoomba NSW.We were showing a work colleague of my Dad's around as they came from USA.

I've used crochet doileys, journalling block and Bella Floral accents, all from my Counterfeit kit, plus 2 circles covered with washi tape as well as the chevron strips of it at the edges.
The dots go right around the edges including the bottom.I've used a ZIG dotta riffic pen for those. As a final touch, I added the Kaiser wooden flourishes which just arrived from Lizzy as part of my SWAT prize for a previous month.

Love those crochet doilies - very vintage! I visited the sisters in 2001. Me and a friend went off on a trail hiking around them and got very scared by a huge lizard that didn't want us to go past... it was fun though! x
