Color room #141 and Counterfeit Kits layout

This is my entry for the color room #141 featuring the pallette of pale blue, bone, pale green with a touch of red.It also used a few things from my Counterfeit Kit so I'm including it on there as well. I started by masking the page with white paint through chicken wire. The background paper featured yellow so I carefully covered it up with paint. Then I matted my photo, added Webster Pages "image and phrase" stickers plus twine and a couple of other embellishments. The title was in two colors because I didn't want too much red. This was my 8th birthday party in 1962. Hamburgers were just coming into Australia(long before Mc Donalds),so Mum made us burgers for my birthday tea.

What a fun idea to use chicken wire to achieve the mask! And there's something extra funny about it being chicken wire....on a burger layout....I don't know, just made me chuckle :).
