 I decided to make a baby card using pink ribbon threaded through lace plus a paint chip again and 3 cute baby buttons.
My sentiment contrasts to the rest, so that it stands out.

Cards in Envy has a pink or blue challenge so I entered it there too.

Paper play sketches & Watercooler Wednesday

I've made 2 cards today.
The one on the right is for Paper play sketches and is a 7th Birthday card.
The one on the left is for fun. I just looked for an embossing challenge and was unable to find one, but hey, it is another card to sell for medical research.

 

Meanwhile at Water cooler Wednesday they want a feminine looking card.

I made a general card saying "Live with passion".

It is generally made from scraps.

The floral is 2 strips covered by the third apricot toned piece.

I used gesso and a mask to make the tag.

 

 

Feeling sketchy

At Feeling Sketchy here is their sketch.

I've had one embossed card left in my stash for ages plus a fabric flair button featuring a girl in a hat.
My great neice turns 12 next week so I have made Annabelle a card using the sketch.

I started by inking all over with yellow to make the embossing more visable.
After that I found a glittery square shaped die cut and adhered the flair to the centre.
Hope you like it! I'm sure Annabelle will.

I'm on the mini kit at CKC this month, but after making my surprise to be revealed on 6th, I had some scraps left over.
 The cardstock is bright orange and the navy and yellow look great against it.
My chipboard hearts from Studio calico were some of the embellishments I had.
This could be for male or female.

Snarky stampers,613 creates and Male Room.

At the Sisterhood of Snarky stampers there is a tartan challenge.



I've used a santa stamp plus the sentiment stamp with tartan background paper and a tartan ribbon.

 

Next I've made a male card using only gold colouring ,with mixed media technique.

I misted using gold mist through a mask of squares.

The dog and other pieces are stickers from MME "Hey Mister" collection.

 

I'm entering it at 613 Avenue creates (monochrome) and Male Room (mixed media).

 

Lastly here are some more felt animals I've made while keeping warm at night.

 

Water cooler Wednesday

The challenge at Water Cooler Wednesday is to create a men's card.
I'm on a mission to use up the wild asparagus alphas that were in my Counterfeit kit, so some are on here.

Now I have an ear worm singing the song "My guy".
