At Farmquest they have asked for beehives, farmhouse clocks, crickets, 1700s farmhouses etc.
The closest I have photo wise is a talk by a beekeeper on Norfolk Island, he did have hives right behind where he was standing but they aren't on this layout. The honey is there, however.
I used a sparkle dot grey paper with yellow and blue mats as contrast. I added silver chipboard numbers to my background.

Thanks so much Julene for showing that the quote's visual/country rural items works for a non-American's scrapbook layout!!! Mrs. George Washington was America's first First Lady and the farm/plantation environment of Mount Vernon is reflected in her quote for the FQCB theme. Showing a beekeeper and some of his honey product in your photos is a great idea for this theme! The numbers are a great touch to and reference the clock mentioned in the quote.
