Kraft it up with Graphic 45
Here's a layout using Graphic45 papers called "on the boardwalk" and featuring the quote "There is no greater gift than today".
The photo is of my mother and 2 friends hiding behind a beach towel which mUm says was quite risque for the times. They had their costumes on ,mind you!
I gathered some scrap lace fabric using my sewing machine then placed both hand made and bought flowers.I love how this turned out.It is for Kraft it up.

Two posts in one day
Several of the sites that I regularly visit have been blocked by blogger for some unknown reason to me. I've run my Norton anti virus software. Anyway I made this layout for scrap the poetry, which I can't get into. The theme was to have birds or flowers looking like they're marching. When at floriade I thought these tulips looked straight and tall like soldiers marching so I've scrapped them for this challenge.I hand cut the swirls around the photo.

Art deco inspired layout
White with one entry
Here's my entry for White with one this month. The colour was bright pink. I chose a basic grey paper plus a tag and corners from My little shoebox. The chipboard is from scrapmatts and I added ribbon, buttons and flowers.
Erica was about 3 years and 11 months and we were on holiday in Tuncurry. She loved the sunsuit she is wearing in these photos.

Let's get shabby in Denim and lace
The photo was taken at the Colluseum in Rome outside the gate through which the people would come to fight the galdiators or lions etc. I told Erica to look serious. She loves wearing denim so this is a typical example of that.
I made a flower from an offcut of stretch denim and cotton lace then sewed it to a kaisercraft Doilie. The other laces forming the borders were sewn on using my sewing machine.I had fun with the layering on this...both paper and fabric.
