Really Reasonable Ribbon

The challenge at Really Reasonable Ribbon is to create a winter scene using ribbons.
I've made this card of a snowman sneezing.

As you can see, I've used 2 ribbons on it as well.

The picture was originally in an old picture book from my childhood, back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth.

Julie Kirk inspired layout for Jennifer Grace with gilding

At this http://jennifergracecreates.com/guest-post-julie-kirk-with-a-fun-festive-layout/ you will see that Julie Kirk has used gilding on wood veneers.
I don't have any Christmas wood veneers but have little birds.
Using "Inca Gold" in gold and silver with a cotton bud I have achieved the same effect.
I was random where I put the gold and filled in the gaps with silver.

I also used a large journaling card with the 2 photos to tell the story.

Jennifer Grace (paperclips) and Crafty cardmakers(charm)

I'm on a roll with Christmas card making now.
Jennifer Grace's article http://jennifergracecreates.com/christmas-tree-paperclip-earrings/ features paperclips. I've used 2 gold square ones on this card.

I'm also entering it in Crafty Cardmakers where we are asked to use a charm.

There's a silver star buried under all that green bling.
I had a disaster with glue and needed to cover it. (Honest aren't I?)

Card based on a Christmas movie.Jennifer Grace

When it comes to Christmas movies I have a few favourites:

Meet me in St Louis
Love Actually
Elf with Will Ferrell
Muppets Christmas Carol

and there's one my daughter used to watch, where the angel comes to life and marries the widowed father.I googled it but can't find the name.

I've decided to go with Elf for my card inspiration.

I've applied white paint through a lace doiley, then added a tag featuring 2 elves and 2 felt gifts.
Very reminiscent of Santa's workshop don't you think?

A jolly jumble of items for Jennifer Grace

At this link http://jennifergracecreates.com/tags-with-a-jolly-jumble-of-items/

Jennifer has made tags using mixed media then added a jolly jumble of items on her tags.
On the side of my craft desk right now I have a jolly jumble of Christmas items to use on cards which I sell for charity.
Some of them have gone on this card, which is bright and happy.
I will be giving it to my 9 year old neice at Christmas.
