The Gundy Spectacular (Warning ...long post)

Over the weekend I drove for 4 hours to Gundagai for a scrapping weekend hosted by Scrapping Clearly. Kylie tout and Kim Kendall were out teachers.

First we made a memory file.
This is like several manilla folders inside each other, made into a book
We used Heidi Swapp everything, so they are quite beautiful.
I chose a plain cover but you can see peeps of other pages at the top.

Next, Kim showed us how to make a journal cover by using Dusty Attic chipboard ,gauze, mists and glitter.

And the finished journal.

Our third lesson was using Scrapping Clearly's acrylic albums.
I've been looking forward to checking these out for some time and Kylie didn't let us down.
We used all Heidi Swapp products again.

It is extremely difficult to photograph acrylic, but we used transparencies, papers, foil with holes in it,
glittery paper etc. to create an album.
The main thing with the acrylic is to cover your tape etc on the other side like here I used bling

Next lesson was another Dusty Attic layout using baby pink colours.

Here are the stores involved:
