First layout was made using an instagram photo.
We were given a bag of stuff to use on our layouts. It is added to then passed around a group of 6. Each person had 10 minutes to add bits to the layout.
The final pass is back to yourself to see what was on the layout.
Next layout uses a Bruno Mars song "Just the way you are". We had to choose a word or words as the name of our layout.

I could kiss them all day if she'd let meThese were the 2 lines I chose.And of course I didn't have an S so borrowed one but I think it adds a touch of fun.
An old technique but a good one.
I used a dlish bottlecap on that layout.
I kept it simple because the paper was busy but the corrugated card adds a texture.
