Moving along with the times and Stick it down cards

At Moving along with the times they have asked for flowers.
I could have gone totally overboard but made a subdued card using a tag which features flowers.
As I'm using up smaller scraps, the tag seemed a good idea.

At Stick it Down they have this card sketch

I've adapted it to suit my design.
Firstly the sentiment: A pinch to grow an inch.
I had to look it up but in some countries you pinch the birthday person and say "A pinch to grow an inch" meaning they will grow in the next year.
I used the idea of growing and found a giraffe.
It overlays the circle. I can picture this being given to a small child.

This is also added at 2 crafty critter crazies

Your little "saying" and giraffe are a perfect compliment to your "kid-theme" card. I love the soft colors, and your layering is lovely. Thank you for joining us with your pretty card at Stick It Down---Sharon DT
