First cut medallions from an old crochet doiley
Each flower takes 2 of these.
Cut one medallion in half.
With each half fold the straight edges into the centre making a small cone shape.
Put a stitch in the raw edges to hold them together.
Sew them on to another medallion at opposite sides to each other.
Now choose a fancy button to stitch through the centre of your flower.
I've made better ones but you get the idea!
I used this on a layout below.
This idea can also be used with paper punched circles.
If the folded edges face up and are repeat layered you will make something like this one by Heather Gibbs that I found on Pinterest.
now on to Stuck?! Sketches for April
and here's a layout about me and using that flower.
I used the lines on the side instead of journaling under the photo.
My title is girl, which is why that tag is completely white =to stand out.
