June Counterfeit kit

The June kit we are asked to counterfeit is this one.

https://www.hipkitclub.net/may-2019-main-kit

Here are their papers on their own.

Presenting my kit "Harlequin"
I have collected these as my range. There are general similarities, but none of the originals.

I've forged 2 of the papers.(more on 4th June)

I'm missing the big floral and the aqua with strawberries paper.

My floral is black and white as is the words one in the front.

*****************************************************
The embellishments in their kit
To work out my embellishments I divided the papers into 3 groups:

1. Blacks and whites.

2 Aquas

3. Crazy mix (Some of these papers terrify me but I want to use them )

You will notice in each case I have used journal tags, ribbons, Plus in the black and white one a huge packet of buttons. (I don't intend to use them all)
I also just added a black doiley to the black and white bundle.
I'll add other embellishments as needed such as enamel dots etc.

Here are my alphas Pink and a sparkly pale blue.

Lovely kit even though you've added "crazy papers". Maybe if you use them smaller bits on a page it will not be so crazy.

Cool kit :) I like how you broke it down too and the Crazy mix should be fun these make for great borders where just a bit is shown :) helps tone them down.

Julene: I really like your June 2019 "Harlequin" kit! And I'm liking how you organized your embellishments and papers as well as your post's structured format. Keep up the great work!

Love the name & that you are terrified by some of your choices! Punches, strips & borders are a great way to use those up. You could also tone them down with vellum or even a light coat of gesso or white paint a la Missy Whidden.
