Winter wonderland card challenge blog

At Winter Wonderland they want arctic or Antarctic animals on a Christmas card.

I've chosen a cute penguin.
The card has been totally made from scratch. I made the tag recently by putting a strip of washi tape vertically on it.
I also added rhinestones to add a bit of bling.
