I've used the following
C=curves, corner brad,
R=ribbon, recycled cardboard (on pink tag)
I= ink (walnut for dipping and black ink for bird stamps.
S=Sassafrass Lass border sticker, string (twine)
P=polka dots, parrots, pink, purple brads
With close ups of the tags
(walnut ink and stamped ink birds)
(Recycled strips and flutterby designs cardboard recycled)
