March counterfeit kit

I've gone very yellow this month with Easter approaching.
Firstly, here is the original kit
Then here is my counterfeit kit:
I started with a mini kit I won recently named Kaisercraft Check-in

There are reds and yellow-golds in that pack, plus a pale turquoise. There is also b/w lettering sheet to match the one on original kit(bottom right)

Next I've chosen my papers

You can see the colours match the original. My alphas, I've gone with both blue and brown. The journalling blocks are mainly pinks.
Next came my embellies. As I did the blog hops I kept adding more. But a girl can never have too many accessories, right?

Firstly, there were chevrons in the original so I've put washi tape chevron plus my 6x6 chevron mask. That is all I had with chevrons.
Next I've added birds. I had a chipboard parrot, some cute owl decals and owl buttons. There are also stamps featuring birds and bird houses. The stamp of a tree replaces the wooden tree in the kit.
Thirdly I've added ribbons, buttons, inks, pompom edging, labels all in yellow tones.
Fourthly, there are paper and crochet doileys plus some cute Grace Taylor flowers, felt trimmings, salmon fabric ruffle, and pearl bling.
I think that should keep me amused don't you?
