I've used a MME striped background paper. Next, I found red & white spotted paper and some left over alphas that spell good luck!.
These I matted on to another spotted paper.
My final touch is a striped butterfly layered sticker also from MME.

Spots and stripes at Ruby's Rainbow.
Over at Ruby's rainbow the challenge is to use both spots and stripes.
I've used a MME striped background paper. Next, I found red & white spotted paper and some left over alphas that spell good luck!.
These I matted on to another spotted paper.
