I've used a Kaisercraft paper with a tag from Elle's studio.
On that is a rub-on sentiment that says "A moment lasts all of a second. But the memory lives on forever."
Over the top is a transparency square and a MME The Sweetest thing layered sticker.

 The transparency square  hangs over the edge of the card.
