This is what I started with
A whole bunch of scraps plus a yellow card.
Time 8.51 am.
I used the yellow/white grid as my background and had to do a "patchwork" as the pieces weren't big enough to cover the while card.
Next the strip with numbers on down the vertical.
Over that I've placed a gold & white chevron rectangle, then the striped journaling card.
A flower sticker in white on the corner, topped off with a Teresa Collins enamel dot in cream.
My sentiment was made from the remaining words on the MME stickers
Perfectly imperfect just the way you are.
Here is the card. Time finished 9.01 am.....10 minutes exactly!
I'm submitting it for Crafty Hazelnut's Patterned paper challenge.

Great cad, and way to go using up the scraps.
Winner! Great card too Julene - good design (lol - just realised what your blog is called!).
Super cute card and well done on the scraps :) I like this challenge you all did well with it
I loved this challenge - it was so interesting to see that I really could pull this off in under 10 minutes!
Great card
Wow, this is really attractive. I'm impressed that you took the time to patchwork the grid paper, and I love the look of the dotted flower sticker. Well done you!!
I just had to pop back by to let you know that your method of piecing together a piece of grid paper solved a problem for me on a layout I was doing yesterday. Thanks for that!
