Aussie Scrapjacked shining star.

Wow! Two layouts in one morning.I'm channelling my mojo big time.
This layout featuring our very clever Christopher,is a scrapjack of Mel's layout on Aussie Scrapjacked. I used Kaiserkraft Class of 87 papers,Weave Extra stars, embossed gold paper plus a felt flower I made.It was also an opportunity to use alphas I have bits of.I'm feeling a sense of accomplishment after this one.

New scooter at Kraft it up

Annabelle received a new scooter for her 4th birthday. I took photos of each step of the process as she hadn't ridden a scooter before.

For Kraft it up this month we needed a timeline,a minimum of 3 photos and journalling.I think my layout fits the bill.I picked up the crimson in the bicycle with corrugated card and ribbon featuring the same pink. The fozz felt title stands out more in reality.

Up and Away at FS2S

From screen 2 scrap this months theme was Up.I used the London Eye as my inspiration.Required elements are clouds, balloons and a 3d embellishment. The latter is my organza ribbon rosette which fluffs out nicely when not being squashed in the scanner.I put 2 photos on this layout, one of the eye from across the river and one from inside the eye of a view underneath. The edge of my camera bag is there to prove we were in it.

Life is just a bowl of cherries

I cross stitched these cherries for this layout and stitched them on using my machine.I also stitched a border and circle as well. The patterned paper is Japanese.Erica was wearing her red polkadot dress and even my webber is round so there's an abundance of circles in this layout. This is for this months white with one challenge

Black with 2 and a wild horse

My mother's first ever horse ride. After this photo was taken her horse took off and went up some steps and into a shop. She had to be rescued.

I used some 3d letters for Wild and a rub on pirate flag skeleton.Add photo corners and a journalling shape from jennibowlin and of course, the string with tied knots and here you are!

Let's get shabby childhood memory

My sister and I were at a fancy dress parade at the local church. This dress of my sisters was sewn from white crepe paper and cellophane.I can still recall it squeaking as she sat in the car.
I've used several embellishments alluding to Alice in wonderland.

Banana custard at Lollipop ladies

Here is a little wooden box that I bought at the op shop for $1.

I pasted yellow/cream/white patterned paper on to it.I then surrounded it with crochet lace and added embellishments such as scrapmatts chipboard,Karen Foster Macaroni brads,a clock,a chipboard circle covered with a face from Gaphic45 paper and a metallic sewing machine.I also stamped an image of the Eiffel Tower on the lid.I intend to keep little travel momentos in it.
