Brown Sugar -Distress,Mojo Monday and Avenue 613

Over at http://brownsugarchallenge.blogspot.nl/ the challenge is to distress.

On my card for a male birthday, I've used 3 types of distressing:- inking, tearing and using an edge distresser to create a rough finish.
I added 2 metal brads to make it more manly.
This was using Sassafrass Lass papers that I bought in a kit.

Next is a card for Mojo Monday 393

Again, this uses the same kit of papers.

Last but not least is 613Avenue create where we are to use this grid
I've chosen square card, Birthday and gold/metallic.

This will be a card for my ex husband's 60th Birthday on 20th May.
It has many elements on there that relate to him.
The music centrepiece because he is musical, the ginger/auburn because his hair used to be that colour, blue because it is his favourite colour and silver because he prefers it to gold.

I've raised the centre piece on pop dots so it stands out.

Beautifully rich "boy cards" - nice! Really like those metal screw heads.
