On my daughter's travels to New York she visited "Top of the Rock" or the top of the Rockefeller centre. Her views were spectacular as it was just before sunset.
This sketch at Sketch 'n'scrap, has been used for the following layout.
I've used a wood veneer frame (inked) saying love and October Afternoon Fly a Kite :Sprinklers paper ,which are both new.
The spotted teal & black ribbon is about 8 years old. The purple /grey striped paper I used is about 4 years old.

The chevron card is actually cut from packaging from Heidi Swapp.

The colors are perfect. I really liked that sketch too and was trying to put a page together yesterday with it. But it just didn't work for my photos -- maybe another day. However, your page looks great. The photos are stunning -- amazing views!
