As it is not Autumn here and we don't celebrate Halloween and there are no squirrels in Australia I'm not confident about the mood board. However I did use oranges and yellows.

With all this in mind, I chose 2 orange MME papers from my kit that had dirty marks on them.

I cut a larger orange circle from a orange paper and used orange caravan tag plus alphas.

Please note the washi tape bottom left has leaves on it. It was autumn when we were there.

The 2 photos were taken early one morning at Niagara on the lake.

We were dropped off there to find a quick breakfast before heading to Niagara Falls.

Close enough to sunrise!

The chocolate marshmallow stick thing I'm holding was eaten later that day. :)

Lasting Memories challenge #466

The beginning of a new kit and at Lasting Memories, here is the challenge:

LM #466 - Pick 3 - You will be given a list of items and you need to pick 3 items from the list to use on your layout. You can use more than 3 items and you can use things that are not on the list. Just let us know what 3 items you used.

I started with 2 photos and a blue and gold background featuring hearts.

The top photo is over a DOILY.
There are HEARTS on the sticker under the bottom photo.
There are 3 mustard coloured BUTTONS sewn next to the top photo.

We were also given these if we needed. The October 6 string kit.(Add on)

There's plenty of scope there! I love all the soft peach and blush colours and the general 1960s feel of the kit.

My alphas are hot pink, orange chipboard and gold. (Not red)

I've added arrows, a Sassafrass lass border sticker sheet which matches the mood.

Some doileys, embroidery cotton, washi tapes, tags in Kraft plus others, buttons in mustard colour plus pinks.

I will also add ribbon whenever I can.

The only flairs I have are tropical summer ones so can't see me using those on here.

Papers only

Most of the papers are not branded, however there are 2 MME "Indie" (with dirty marks on them (?))
plus a Kaisercraft "Empire" and a Bella Kraft and black spotted paper.

 NB:I decided those dirty papers can be used somehow, I bought them cheaply already damaged.


There is also an add on kit made from other papers I collected while searching.
This one included some of the other smaller elements from the add on kits like book papers.
There's a Teresa Collins paper in this plus a Bella Kraft cut-up piece.

After having September off with just a mini kit, I'm looking forward to using this kit.

I've had an old picture of a deer in my Christmas stash for ages and can finally use it on this card.

I used trees in the background so he can be in the forest. (LOL)

I'm making Christmas cards so recycled an old Christmas card that had tiny trees.
I cut the 4 squares ensuring there are whole trees on each square.

Here's old Santa with his toys and pipe.
I've used washi tape across the middle plus 2 gold stars, a brad and a loop for a tag. (totalling 5 embellishments!)

At cute card Thursday they have asked for die cuts and punches.
I'm still on Christmas Cards. This time I used 3 die cuts from Kaisercraft's Frosted range.
I couldn't resist putting gold stars on those trees!
I also used a border punch on the blue strip across the top.
