Ruby's rainbow and furry friends.

The challenge at Ruby's Rainbow was Furry Friends. It could be a layout,tag,aTC or card or whatever.
I've chosen a card featuring a dog.

The background is a white card, then blue pearlescent ,then patterned paper and finally the dog  picture with lots of shopping bags. It was part of some packaging on craft items.(recycle =waste not want not). The title "hot diggity dog was the brand name but works as a sentiment too.
I've finished it off with some blue rhinestones.
