Jennifer Grace (paperclips) and Crafty cardmakers(charm)

I'm on a roll with Christmas card making now.
Jennifer Grace's article http://jennifergracecreates.com/christmas-tree-paperclip-earrings/ features paperclips. I've used 2 gold square ones on this card.
 
I'm also entering it in Crafty Cardmakers where we are asked to use a charm.

There's a silver star buried under all that green bling.
I had a disaster with glue and needed to cover it. (Honest aren't I?)
