Show us your stuff

The February challenge at Show us your stuff is to use the quote "Follow your heart and happiness will follow".
I've chosen to use a photo of my sister at age 20.
She was quite a fashionista with the Isadora scarf and the lace dress.

On my layout, which is evenly matted on a red background, I've used a fabric doiley with embroidery.
There is a Grace Taylor flower I made using layers of separate flowers.
A vellum pocket for journaling has the heart on the front.
The D-Lish bottle cap has twine wound behind it in the flower shape (my hand made item).
