Another Freaking....book cover

I'm making a mini book for my sister for Mother's Day and this will be the front cover.
I've used the sketch from Another Freaking Scrapping Challenge as my impetus.
Here's the sketch

and here's my cover. It is 11cm x 14cm,so like an overgrown tag.
I've used a pennant instead of buttons and metal edges circular tags for my circles, with alphas stuck on top.
It is also elements from my Counterfeit Kit
